Oral Presentations
In-person Attendance
Presenters will present their talks live in the auditorium and the talks will be broadcasted live.
Virtual Attendance
Presenters can either present their talks live or play pre-recordings. Q&A will be handled through live chat feature in the portal, and there will be a moderator present to assist in asking questions. UT Conferences will reach out to all virtual presenters to schedule a practice session before their scheduled presentation.
Types of Oral Presentations
- Keynote talks. 40 min + 5 min Q&A
- Invited talks. 25 min + 5 min Q&A
- Regular talks. 17 min + 3 min Q&A
- Lightning talks. 5 min
Poster Presentations

In-person Attendance
Presenters will present posters (4’x8’ poster board) in person and posters will be displayed throughout the conference. In addition, presenters will share and present the posters virtually.
- Rapid fire: 1.5 min pre-recording video. This video can be shared virtually. If the presenters chose rapid fire presentation during abstraction submission, the video will be played. Download a rapid fire template.
